rear trailing arms conversion

Hello to all!

I would like to know if the rear arms from a 930 will fit a 911 non turbo with 915 gearbox (72 on) ???

Thank you guys!

There are others much more knowledgeable than I am that can fill in the specifics, but off the top of my head, your brakes and track width will be a factor.

Brakes 930 brakes are on the opposite side of the hub than non-turbo, so you'll probably need longer lines. I also think the mounts for the calipers have a different spacing. Not to mention, I'm not sure that turbo disks will fit a non-turbo caliper or a standard disk will fit on a turbo trailing arm.

Track Width The turbo arms provide a 2" wider track than standard arms. Depending on your offsets, you may run into fitment issues w/ you wheels.

I understand that they won't, as the pivot location on the torsion tube is different on the 930. Here is a gateway to everything you ever wanted to know about trailing arms swaps: http://www.early911sregistry.org/forum/showthread.php?t=20257
