Cab, gap under Vertical Window Seal letting water in.

Hi guys, my vertical window seal on my cab leaves a gap at the bottom where the door and window meet it. Water is getting in at this spot and spilling into the rear footwells. Instead of spending 3 hundred something on new seals, have any of you guys have methods of dealing with this? Stretch the seal? Glue a small rubber piece flush to the bottom? What are your ideas?
Thanks
