Refurbish 3 piece RH wheels

Hello

I've bought a set RH wheels on ebay in poor condition.
They are "speedline look" and I want to restore them.

I've used the "search" but only found info on the speedline script from the outer rims....?

My question; does anyone here know:

for the complete restoration I need:

1. The grey color code for respraying the centers? (to match the grey of the original porsche center caps)
2. The torque spec for the screws (for reassembly)
3. What type of Loctite should be used for the screws
4. How to bolt them together -> each time opposite screw?
5. Where to found the socket wrench and whats the name of such a socket

Any other attention points?

Hope someone can help me

Regards
Turbo

I've read (here and other places) the bolts holding the halves together are "one-time" use design and should be replaced upon disassembly. Can anyone verify?
