PPI in Belligham, WA

Hi All,

Anyone know a good shop to do a PPI on a 73 911 besides a dealer? Owner say's he's willing to drive it 30 to 40 miles for me (thankfully) so that might take it near or just north of Seattle, maybe?
Thanks for any help!

I would post this over in the regional PNW forum on Pelican and you'll probably get more responses. I'm not familiar with the Bellingham area. Chris's, Akers, John Walkers, Gerber and others would all be solid choices in the Seattle/Bellevue area.

There is (was) a mechanic in Farihaven by the name of John Erickson that is a great air cooled mechanic. He might be able to do it.

+1 For Chris's German Auto. Chris has done my Porsche work for over 20 years. He and his team are real pros!

Arlington would be far closer to Bellingham than Seattle.

While Paul Weir had some business problems a few years back, he is a realy nice guy who is very knowledgeable about air-cooled 911s. He would be a great choice for a PPI.

Thanks for all the advice. I did here about Chris's, but he's about 90 minutes south. I'll check some of the other recommendations as to location and then follow up.
Thanks to all!
