993 headlights

Before I start digging through the wiring harness, has anyone experienced a single headlight failure (right lowbeam) that isn't bulb or fuse related? The bulb wasn't burned out but has hairline cracks. New bulb works fine in left housing. Swapped fuses with no luck. Any insight would be appreciated.

Problem solved. Neat how the entire headlight assembly pops out. The gang connector had a loose pin. Also neat how the assembly has a built-in bubble level for aiming.
