Cold start for 70 E

Hey guys, My 70e mfi has not been starting right when cold- many cranks to start. Last year no problem. I check around the engine and found that my #2 fuse is blown. I replaced the fuse, started the engine when cold and it started right up no problem BUT the fuse blew again. I tried it once more and it did it again. Any suggestions where to look first.

Chris
