915 shift fork removal help....with pics....
Hello Gentlemen.
Could you please give me some help with the removal of the 915 shift fork? I can only see 2 pins. One on the fork itself (spring pin) and one on the lever outside (and below) the bell housing. The only thing I can think is if the spring pin is removed from the shift fork, this will allow the shaft to be removed from the bottom. Thank you Craig. ![]() ![]() ![]()

Hi Craig
Yes, remove the roll-pin at the fork, remove the circlip under the clutch arm (and the arm), then pull the shaft out.

Did you replace the bushing at the top of the shaft when you did your replacement or did you just re-grease the existing?

Regreased... but replaced the black seals either end of the fork.
