Dizzy question
 

I am swapping out a new Marelli dizzy for an old one (yep! new out of the box never used) on a 2.2 motor all original
I've set the TDC, marked the distributor to the engine,set the new rotor to the same spot as the old one and gapped the points to.016 inches.
Two questions
1) Is this the clamping bolt pictured and do I just loosen it or remove the whole bolt?
2) what did I miss?
