headlight relays

I'd like to use 55/100 lamps in my H4s, but I haven't installed the two relays I purchased. While I found a harness that seems to fit the relays(carquest part #S-706), I'm not certain how to go about installing the system. I understand the idea behind them, but am short on experience.

Can anyone direct me to a set of explicit and hopefully, illustrated, set of directions. Any help would be appreciated.
