Brake pad help

I am in the middle of changing the brake pads on my 79 911 SC
was looking on this site for new pads, the pictures and part numbers dont seem to match what i have, so i am hoping a fellow Pelican could help
heres the pics of what on my SC.

rear caliper

rear pads

front caliper

front pads

front pads and caliper is larger then the rear.

anyone know what is have here, would like to order the pads, but not sure as to what ones to buy, the name on the pads are Textar.

It looks like you've got some Carrera pads in there, they will fit in any case. Go to the parts section and look at standard replacement pads for your SC. Mintex and PBR (Metal Master) are popular. If you do a search you will find tons of reading on different types of pads.

Looks like they may be off an 84-89
in the parts catalog the fronts are for sure, they are not showing anything for the SC in rears
i best just take the old pads in to a local shop and measure up to get the exact fit

SC rear calipers are also known as "M" calipers, if that helps. And yes, they are and should be smaller.
