How do I remove the condenser fan off of the fan motor shaft, '79 911 SC

Got it out of the car, took it out of the housing, removed the allen key set screw. Now what, sprayed with penetrating oil, pulling, prying, pushing and it wont budge. How do I get the fan off of the motor shaft?

Is the a motor shop in Phoenix I can take it to? I googled everything I can think of and cant find a shop that works on these motors.

Will you re bearing the motor or just change it out?
If replacing cut the shaft close to the motor and press it out while supporting the hub.
Otherwise keep soaking it with PB Blaster and try to get the shaft to turn a bit while holding the shaft.
Make sure you don't damage the shaft or the hub will never slide over it.

I used a propane torch and heated the hub of the fan where the allen head set screw threads to expand it slightly, then carefully worked it loose.
