Help identify connector plug near oil filler 87 911

Hey guys, I was changing my oil today and took my air filter off and noticed there was a connector of some type that was not connected. I could not see where it is supposed to connect to. It is located over by the oil filler on my 87 3.2. Any ideas what it connects to and where? Thanks!

Derek

It's starting to storm so I couldn't get better look - the only connector I see in that area is going to the a/c compressor. Although my connector is rectangular. So, may not be what you're looking for.

Ahh, it probably is from the A/C compressor (which I removed a long time ago and probably forgot that I disconnected that plug!). Thanks for looking! It helped jog my memory a little.

Thanks again!
