Poll: LH or 993 decklid

I'm trying to get an idea of how wonky these cars might look. I've been staring at them alternately for three days now (as backgrounds on my pcs) and think I'm leaning towards the 993- but NOT just because it will be easier to bring about (the long hood lid would require a bit of metalwork).

The left pic has a stock 1968 decklid. The right is pretty much a 993 with a split tail. Both cars are supposed to have bumpers that extend as low towards the ground as the rockers will, so if that's not clear in the photo just use your imagination. I realize that in the end, the choice is mine. But I welcome opinions.

I like the photo on the right better. The proportions and lines of the car just seem to be "correct" for lack of a better term.
