Rough Start When Warmed Up
My car has always started on the first turn of the key. It was running bad so I tuned it; new plugs, new wires, distributer cap, rotor and set the timing.
After the tune up, its running fantastic but now starts really rough, if I'm not ready to tap on the pedal after it starts it will stall and for about 15 seconds after it starts its spitting and coughing then evens out okay. Any idea what could be causing this? |

did you change the timing?
any vacuum lines disconnected? what about the ones to the dizzy? you might want to check the mixture. if you changed the timing, that will effect the mixture. make sure all the plug wires are seated, give them a good tug. what kind of plug wires? did you change the type or heat range of the plug? plug gap?
