quick ride height question
 

Right now my ride height is F-26.5 and R-25.5, I want to lower the front but I don't really want to mess with the rear. What would be the appropriate setting for the front if I leave the rear at 25.5.

I don't have any numbers handy in my head, but you need to make sure you keep the proper rake and front to rear weight balance. Lowering just one end of the car can upset that. I'm sure someone will chime in with actual numbers you should use.

The most common set up is front about .5 inch higher than the rear, based on fender measurements. This should show as only a slight rake as the front fenders are shaped differently than the rear.

Based on your numbers, you would want to take the front down to 26.
.5 shouldn't upset your balance if you turn the adjustment bolts equal amounts.

For me it is always what feels right, not necessarily what looks right. I prefer more of a rake with the front lower than spec. IMHO that works best for me. If it doesn't feel right, keep adjusting. It took me a bit of time to figure mine out.

euro ride height is 25.5 front and 25 rear.

You may be limmited by your range of adjustment at the torsion bars. Just do not take the front any lower than the rear (25.5) and let how is looks be your guide. I suspect it would look ok at 25.75. (I have about a .25" split on my car.)

When I got my car it was set at, 26.25 Front and 25.75 Rear.

I have since dropped the Front to 25.25 and left the rear the same.

It looks to sit on the road much better and drives a treat.
