Thanks. 15x8 front & 15x10 rear. Running 5mm spacers on the rears to give it the stuffed look. No spacers on the front.

225/50 Toyo Proxys on the front
275/50 Nitto NT555R on the rear

Front Wheel Specs: 15x8, 5x130, et10.6, 71.6cb
Rear Wheels Specs: 15x10, 5x130, et-5, 71.6cb

I may try the TBs on the next go around. For now, this setup is working great and is MUCH cheaper.

Great looking car, tpweiss!

i have a m491 too. do you get excessive under steer with the 225 in front under full throttle with the larger rear 275?? im trying dial out the understeer and too much forward brake bias. may play with the bars next and dampers

your set up looks so right with the deep -5 in the back! thanks for the sharing

Thanks for the props, Panzer! Every time I walk to the car I thank myself for going with 15s and going deep. All that chubby rubber looks mean as h3ll.

I have no under steer at all. Check my sig for my front suspension setup. Im running 7 250 lb. springs on the front with 1 degree of camber. She's not as nimble as a narrow body, but handles MUCH better than stock.

Here is my '88. All Elephant Racing rubber, 22/29 hollow torsion bars. Wheels are Lindsey modded Fuch's, 17x8 and 17x9.5 with 225/255. I bought these wheels from a friend, otherwise i probably would have gone for 17x7 and 17x9...they looked too good on the test fit to take off again .

Ive put about 1k miles on this setup and have gone over some pretty nasty bumps with no issue. Go figure it was crawling into a parking lot at 2mph where the tire scraped the front fender lip just a little. I rolled the front fenders just slightly which i think was enough, but I plan to roll them a little more this weekend just in case. The rears...well they fit barely but i haven't had any rubbing at all. Alignment is nothing crazy, -.4 degrees front and -1.5 degrees rear. With that said, i would not feel comfortable doing an auto-x with this wheel setup...and even for a track day i would probably put my stock 16x6 and 16x7 combo back on for fear of damaging a front fender.

Looks pretty sweet. Love the colour. What is that, granite green?

I don't think I'd worry about tire clearance once you get your front fenders rolled. It looks like there's adequate clearance on the rear as is. My Zuffenhaus wheels are 9.5rr and 8.0fr, I believe. No idea of the offsets, however.
