God, I love Speedvision.
Who else would have the balls to run ALL 24 hours of Daytona LIVE? The Porsches are gorgeous, the in-cars from the Covettes and the new BMW M3 V-8s have the most glorious sounds, and the evil-looking Marcos Mantera showing everybody in GTS the fast way around the track-DAMN, I wish I was there. Oh well, I guess watching it on the garage TV while I do a little custom fitting to get the Weltmiester poly bushings to fit my early ('66) front A-arms isin't too bad...

Yes, great coverage too. Now if enough of us will email them during the race (www.speedvision.com) and request that they replay the original IROC race with a nuthinbut911 feild maybe they will dig up the footage and rerun it. Enough common e-mail request from all over the world might just have some effect.

I noticed there was a female driver in the #39 Porsche... wonder how she made out? Also, does anyone know how the air-cooled flat six did?

As I write this, with 20 min or so to go, the (obsolete)air-cooled 911 was in 24th position. I've watched about 15 hours of the race in total, and that "old" 911 is as reliable as a clock. This is the car that is sponsored in part by the Rennlist. Way to go guys!
