No vacuum to distributer

Thanks to everyone that's helped me with my weak acceleration problem. I'm now focusing on the distributor. There is NO vacuum at all going into the dist. diaphram at idle.
Where does the vacuum come from and any ideas on how to rectify?

Thanks
Harry

It should pick up its vacuum just under the throttle body, not looking at one right now so I cant tell you if its front, side or back?
