A friend bought an old Jag and worked on it for about 15 years, when he went to title it he was told he needed the PO signature on the transfer papers, so he wrote the guy a letter and it was returned as Not at this address. With this letter and old bills and pic's he had from years ago to present to prove his long term possesion, the DMV transfered the title to him. This is Canada so it may be different than the States but he was told to do the letter to try and find the PO, he tried and could prove long term possesion so it was a done deal

BTW: The `73 bumpers and front S Fiberglass spoiler were added on.
AND floor pan, fender wells, door jams, etc. even around the battery box NO rust!

Original color the gulf blue. I would like to make a RS look like repainted to the that Gulf blue. Black out all the chrome and the 15x7&8's I have to put on. Not to mention the carbed 2.8 ready and weighting to push it around.
Long road ahead but with your suggestions maybe it will happen???
