CIS Green Plug Problem
 

Went out to the car this afternoon and when I turned the key to on, but without engaging the starter, I heard the FV and fuel pumps running.

I figured that the green plug came loose so I went back to plug it back in and discovered it WAS plugged in.

So now, whether the plug is in or not, the fuel pumps and FV are behaving as if the green plug is disconnected, even when it isn't.

Could someone give me a hand in troubleshooting this?
