What do you think its worth.
Looking at used SSI's and Oil lines for an 84 to 89 3.2. Included muffler also but it is fairly worthless. Everything seems in good condtion. What would you say would be a good price? I am familar with the new prices. Thanks Michael

Michael,
New SSI's are about $850, comp. stainless steel heat exchangers made by Dansk sell for about $675. New oil lines (stock-non-custom type) will run you around $275. I would take 55-70% of these prices (considering the condition of these parts) and offer that. The general standard of used parts prices are in this range. Keep in mind, however, that the demand for used SSI's is high, so may be more on the 65-70% side is fair. Offer low, you can go up from there. Hope this helps. Nick. PS. I just reread your message after posting mine. Sorry to redundantly state the new prices, noticed you said you knew them. Wasn't trying to insult your intellegence ![]() ------------------ __________ Nick Shumaker 1982 911SC Coupe [This message has been edited by Nickshu (edited 02-10-2001).] |

They sold for $720 on Ebay, Way too much in my opinion. Looks like they had bidding frenzy and forgot what the item is worth.
