CIS copper washers/seals

I need help with possible part #s and source for the copper washers that go under the inlet and return fittings on my 77" WUR. I seem to have developed a seeping leak on one of the fittings and cant isolate. I plan to replace all 3.

The majority of the copper sealing rings used on there are 8mmx11.5mm,.......999.123.050.20

Not too hard to find.
