Do I need longer stud??? (Adding spacers you pervert)

Adding 1/4" spacers to fill out the rear wheel wells juuuusssttt right. Can I use my stock studs? I notice that most spacers come with longer studs if they are needed. Just want to make sure that my wheels don't fall off!

Thanks,

well, obviously you would loose 1/4" of thread. the lugnuts are soft aluminum. with steel lugnuts from a vw bus or 356, you would be safer. ugly though.

Absolutely no problem, I have been running 20mm spacers (25mm = 1 inch)on a turbo 3.3.
No problem atall.
