Okay I not going to pull punches since it is the best type of criticism

the pelican should be bigger...
and the porsche outline looks a bit pixely

but other wise looks really really cool!!!!

What program did you use to put it together?

No offense taken,

Yes I like the Porsche that way, looks like it was a brush stroke, but open to suggestions.

I thought the pelican was a bit small as well, but it looks bad larger... Wayne do you have a better image?

All done with Photoshop... I do alot of digital photos...

Any comments welcome...

Randy

Have you tried flipping the pelican around, and putting it in to "drive" the P-Car?

It's very good. However, I'd like to see it without the circle.

Let me add something else to that. How about a lateral version as well. So the words and pics are at most 2 lines deep.
[silhouette] Porsche 911

Where the spacing and font size/style may vary
The pelicanparts.com in verdana or whatever, but maybe the Porsche in a script, but not too illegible;

Good Point John,

What do you think, should I add the text below the www.pelicanparts.com "911 BBS"

That way it is as apart from a comercial indorsement as we can get... Don't want Wayne and Tom in hot water....

Or do I have to add a disclaimer text paragraph " the use of the name PORSCHE does not....blah blah blah.."

Randy

How about making it for all of Pelican instead of just the 911 BBS. We have a 911 and a 914 and would want something for the teener as well. The 911 image could stay because it is the car that basically "is" Porsche. Wasn't there something that someone did a while ago with the Pelican image...as just an idea?
I would say just having an enlarged pelican with www.pelicanparts.com would be a thought to consider as well.

I am currently using a similar design on my SC.....but the circle is cut out as opposed to a square magnetic sign that is posted above....kind of hard to tell because the car is the same color as the magnetic sign material.....

Mine are kind of beat after three seasons of use. When they fell off at 120 mph, they got run over....8^)

Are these going to be sold? I would like to get a set.

Here's a link to a pic of my SC with the old numbers.....sorry could not get it to upload here...

You might want to rethink using this design. This is a very close copy to the Porsche Owners Club design that has been in use for a few years. See www.porscheclub.com, or any Velocity magazine. they have been given permission from Porsche and I believe they would be very concerned with a design that is so close. Just trying to keep people out of trouble with PORSCHE.
