Headliner replacement in a 83 Sc with sunroof

I have read alot of information here about headliner replacement. I need to replace my headliner in my 83 Sc coupe with a sunroof. Some say it is easy and others would rather have a root canal without anesthesia. So which way to go? Has anyway in the Md/ DC area completed this maybe daunting, maybe not so daunting task? Did you do it yourself and are willing to supervise? If not what shop did you use and how much did it cost? Did they remove the windows or did they sublet that part and you paid that separately? Did you get all new seals from the host of this board? I can and will research prices, but how much were that?

My dad and I did the headliner in my sunroof equipped 78 SC. I would certainly price local shops prior to making the decision. We got it done, but if I were to do it again I would probably have a shop do it unless the money wasn't right.
