Wiper pump and Mystery Switch?

Two parter -

My washer fluid pump was on the fritz so I ordered a used one from a fellow pelican (thanks Aaron ) and installed it. The pump works fine, or at least I can hear it working which I couldn't with the old one, but I can't seem to get any washer fluid into the pump. The lines look OK. Anyone have any ideas as to where to hold up is?

Also, can anyone tell me what this switch is? The one under the gauge, not the sunroof switch. I couldn't find it in the manual. Thanks

Second part: electric mirror adjustment switch L - R sides. Toggle on door then does the adjusting.

There is a small plastic filter fitting on the end of the pick-up tubing in the washer resevoir bottle in front of the left front wheel. This item might be clogged, preventing water from reaching the pump.
My car had clogged check valves immediately in front of the nozzles. Pelican had the parts and I did new nozzles and tubing while I was in there. Now it all works pretty well.
Good luck.

Duh! Mirror switch, I'm not the brightest bulb on the tree. Thanks.

Jeff,
How much of a hassle was it to get to those areas? (filter fitting, check valves)
Thanks.

Just to check, are you sure you connected the + and - wires on the pump correctly? If they are reversed, the pump will spin, but water will not shoot through to line to the jets. Disconnect the line to the jets, activate the pump, and see if water shoots out of the pump outlet. If it does, then possibly the jets themselves are blocked.
