Yet another ratted out targa.
 

So I have been on the forum admiring everyone else's projects and about a year ago I picked up a ratted out '77 sportomatic targa. It has been sitting in SC at Dad's upholstery shop for last year and it was delivered here to MN last week. Now, what to do with it? It needs everything, paint, body, interior and mechanical restoration.

So I have been collecting back-dating parts to do all steel conversion. But I can't decide to leave it skinny or add some flares or just leave it stock. Can anybody with mad photoshop skills whip up a S/T look Targa? I also the white 911R-look targa that is on the forum.

IMO, leave it stock. There aren't enough narrow bodies on the road.

if you are going to the expense of backdating i would leave it narrow! there are enough conversions on the road. but, if it is to be a high performance car needing more rubber, i might reconsider. good luck!
