Fuchs Question
I don't know if this will make sense but I'll try -
I know there are Fuchs that are brushed aluminum and black, polished, etc.... but I've seen some Fuchs (usually Black pedals) that seem to have a duller finish on the silver rim. It's not brushed like most, it's almost dull, like a powdercoated or painted silver/grey. I'm pretty sure I've seen them on a car(s) here on Pelican but I couldn't find the pic. Did I make any sense? I really like the look and was wondering if anyone had any info on the where's and how's of these. Thanks. |
RSR finish?

Fuchs from the factory are "anodized", which is a slightly duller finish than polished. And, as Noah930 suggested, there is also "RSR" finish.

RSR Finish. Yup, dems da ones. Thanks. I'll do a search and see if there is any info on refinishing mine to look like those. I think they'd look sweet on my black 83 SC.

Well, the ones in the link I posted are done at Harvey Weidman's shop. You could start off by giving them a holler.
