Yes of course, just drive down the street and they rotate round and round.
Seriously, my Kumhos are well worn on the outer edge and inner edge is holding up well. They are not trashed yet, but I can see that soon enough the outside will be gone and I will have to replace. The Kumhos have asymetric tread (while they still have tread) but I understand their internal construction is symetric. Can I remount, turning them around to even out the wear and extend life? Tire Rack actually recommends this for Hoosiers, but says nothing about it for Kumho. They just say to "initially" mount kumhos with the big tread blocks out.
