Can I use a NAPA Alternator for my '78 911sc
Here are the specs I am just concerned with fitment.

im not sure who rebuilds napas electronics but my experience in the past has not been positive. you sometimes have to buy a couple to get a good one. i would either order one from our host or take it down to a local re builder and have it gone threw.
nothing against napa just my experience. cheers ed

There's nothing magic about our alternators. Any competent foreign alternator rebuilder can do the work. You might check your local yellow pages to see if there's someone near you. Also, if you have a local PCA chapter, they might be able to refer you.

I got my replacement at a nearby FLAPS (Advance) for a good price and it is a rebuilt OEM. |
