Weber manifolds:: Port match or not?

OK All,
I thought I'd post a poll to get some feedback on whether or not I should try to port match my manifolds to my heads. I have stock early Weber manifolds that are 32mm at the head (IIRC). My heads have 35mm ports, and will have phenolic resin spacers (35mm) between the manifolds and heads. Webers will have 34mm venturis. Build is as follows: 2.7RS-ish build, Euro pistons, 8.8:1 compression, "E" cams, stock heads and valvetrain, 40mm webers for induction.

Here is my dilemma: Jamie Novak has loaned me the tools to port match my manifolds to my heads. I have been told by one reliable source not to mess with port matching. My biggest concern is that I will jack up the flow between the runners resulting in uneven airflow to the cylinders. I've entertained the idea of trying to find a flow bench here in Austin so I can ensure that they all flow evenly. All comments are welcome, and please vote in the poll!!

I am a believer; did this on my MFI, but never Webers.

My best and only advice is to get the correct manifold for your engine and that means the PMO ones.

I had my entire intakes flow matched. You would atleast want to port match the intakes.
