Aero Mirrior Glass Q

Hey guys,

This is how I got one of the mirrors from the PO. The other one is fine on the car.




Obviously I need the glass. After doing a bit of reading of the past posts I need the "disc with spherical hole" as per PET? Am I on the right track? Where could I find one? The glass is here, but I haven't seen the disc.
