Who was the group of P cars in Kitsap on Sat 22 Aug?
I saw what looked like a P car rally in Central Kitsap this past Sat. They were driving past the Brownsville Marina. Is there a P car group on this side of the water?

There is an Olympic Region of the PCA. They have their own social events, and anything that requires a helmet is piggy-backed with the much larger Northwest Region.
The NW region has an Olympic tour every year. |
