Clutch cable support - show me your quick fixes
I was adjusting the clutch on my '84 today and the clutch cable support, which apparently was cracked and bent, finally failed. I am now stranded in the garage. Has anyone done a clever fix for this or am I limited to waiting for our host to come back on Tuesday and ship me the part?
Thanks The part I need is 91511661301 I would love to see clever fixes

If this is the bracket that bolts to the transaxle, I had a steel mounting bracket from something non-Porsche kicking around the garage & drilled out a hole to make it work for a day or three. Then I ordered the part used from PartsHeaven.
