Ok, thanks to u guys and all the peolpe involved:

the conversion is finished!

the engine is in very good condition , the clutch feels great so is the gear !
i got myself a brand new car!!!

now i want your help with all the small details:
1. rpm gauge is not connected - how can i connecet it?
2. any other good tips that u can give me?
3. the car is mainly "weekend car" for street use
