Turn Signal Housings
Hello -
I've got a 72' 911T, and I cannot get anything in the driver side front and rear turn signal housings to work. Nothing lights up, no brakes, no reverse, no turn signals. Can anyone give me a good starting point for investigation? Thanks in advance! |

Check fuses as the drivers and passengers sides are on different fuses..

Check any through-the-sheetmetal connectors, usually round plug-like connectors. For all the lights in two separate lighting units to be dead is suspcision for a common fault--though that does not discount the separate fuses.
If your reverse and brake lights work on the right side but not the left, then it's not the fuse as both sides share the same curcuit. That does not hold for the turn lights and parking lights, so that could be a fuse. You may have two separate problems, but checking fuses is definitely top on the list.
