Anyone have experience with QSC Flywheels?
Hi All -
I am looking for an early 901 flywheel. I came across a company called QSC that is making them new - however the price scares me (220.00 or so - it seems a bit to inexpensive). I googled them and found very little information interms of actual discussions of their products. I am all about saving a buck here and there, but not at the risk of having to do a repair a second time. I have attached a picture. Any information or experience is greatly appreciated. Thanks! Chinese knockoffs. They make 911 Cylinders as well. Quality control could be an issue as it has been on their cylinders at times. Think Henry at Supertec had some experience with them if I recall.. May want to call him. First I heard they were making flywheels. Based on their website they make all kinds of Porsche parts (Headers, Clutch kits, P&C's...). Specifically state they are made in china... the issue for me would be whether a bad one would cause other damage that would cost you 10X the savings to repair.
