Cool what fun

Well last night was nice and cool towards evening so me and the wifey open up the top rolled down the windows and let wheels roll. Man that was a blast i was driving verywhere put about 100 miles on it and ran like a champ. I was able to pull the summit mountain on rt 40 here in sw pa at about 80 in 5th gear and it had still had alot in the reserve.I got to say I had fun and will driving untill the snow starts to fly, then it will get a rest for the winter and make any improvements to the interior. get new rubber for the wheels and I think I might update the struts. I will have it looking like new and running like new for Hershey in the spring.

Remember to think back to this when we are knee deep in snow!!!!

I love cool, fall nights. Especially if I am in the 911. For some reason I can always picture a fall setting for driving a 911, blowing the leaves off of the road in the mountains.

We've still got about 2 1/2 months until the snow starts around here. Some years not even until mid Dec. Which is good because it's hard to beat a cool, crisp, sunny October day, complete w/ falling leaves and cool engine temps.

The only downside is that winter isn't far behind

Enjoy it while you can!

What is this "snow"?

We are spoiled in the Sacramento valley.

Snow is a 4 -5 month pit stop for us here in New England. That's when the car gets all the annual maintenance, and upgrades.
