I need to change oil n cant get around here original porsche oil filter.
can i use vw oil filter or something else? how can i b sure it fits?

You don't have auto parts stores there? They should be able to order you what you need.

I know nothing about Israel and shipping anything there so if that is the problem, I don't have a solution.

Mahle OC54 is the number of an oil filter that alot of 911 guys use.

every auto part i order inspected by the automotive office of israel and takes time to get out of the post office. so the usual things i can get here i prefer to buy here.

look for a mahle OC54 , that should fit your car . But hard to tell with a 76 Targa and a 3.2 engine ..
