Yeah, I received an email indicating my order was cancelled. If you don't need all three copies, I'll be more than happy to purchase a copy for a reasonable amount......meaning you can make a small profit from it!

This estore is a shim, a go-between, a drop-ship outfit that performs the work. Was you experience with PP and Myweborder.com as pleasent as my own? Were you well served by "The Friendly Staff at MyWebOrder.com"?

I would strongly recommend calling the company and climbing the ladder of customer service a little bit asking them to honor the price they posted. There's been big lawsuits over this bait-and-switch tactic.

Never got a book and to my knowledge have not been canceled. I will try to check the status of the order tonight when I get the original confimation number.

Well I never recieved my book either. I had placed my order shortly after Jack so I was really hoping. Oh well, Jack certainly deserved to get his copy, afterall he was the one who came across the "bargain". After 3 consecutive days of emailing them I finally recieved a response that the item was out of stock. I would of rather recieved a response such as "We erred on the price, but we will sell you a copy at our cost of ???". Anyway the search for a BARGAIN continues. Thanks for postiing the tip anyway Jack.

Saw this thread when it was younger and did not have time to respond. Still don't. I got a confirmation that my order was received, but the confirmation did not admit it was shipped. I sent an e-mail asking about status earlier this week. No reply.

I'm gonna needle these folks (one of my sharper skills) but it looks like I'll need to do that with physical correspondence instead of the electronic variety.

I sent a new inquiry about by order which was only "modified". They promptly replied the order had been cancelled. That it was their normal policy to cancel any order they could not fill within the 7-10 day promise date. I would sure like to see a copy of this policy. A company could go out of business quick by cancelling 7 day old backorders.
