Simple & Quick way to press out engine mount rubber

Thought I would share this simple, clean, and quick way to press out the rubber insert from the engine/transmission mount. It takes maybe 30 seconds to press one out. And you can probably re-use the rubber inserts. This was in preparation for installing the new Poly-graphite inserts I bought from our host.
BTW, I use the same method to press our the camber plate rubber in the front.
Warning: wear safety glasses!

I agree with haycait, thanks for sharing it...now that I've discovered "the forum" it's this kind fellowship I'm enjoying most.
