fan blower relay.

How come it's so expensive? $200 bucks for a relay? wow. why?
Anyone know how to test it?
Anyone know if I can mod. the normal black square relay in place of this thing?

which one?

I thought the round one was for the heater blower fan.

and I just didn't know what the box one was for.

I am trying to figure this out now, too.

I need to fix my heater blower,

and I need to get the rear glass defroster to work, too. (it doesn't now)

tthat swuare on, on my car, I think is the defroster. There is another smaller square on next to it, for the fan motors. It is listed at around $200+.

Here, have fun with this:
Carrera - Removing Engine Compartment Heater Blower

There are good descriptions of what it does, and what the guts look like in the pages of this thread.
