A web search turns up many other sources, including eBay (a.k.a. fleaBay, evilBay, etc.).

Of course one should remember that this is copyrighted material, and based on the rules for this forum, one cannot supply illegal download links.

Suggestion: I know this forum gets lots of traffic, but the 964/993 forum might be a better source of information on these particular models.

There is this one English site where you can download them all for free.
I could post it here, but I don't want to get Wayne in trouble, copyrights ya know....
Better to buy a legal copy.
