Mann or Mahle Fuel Filter?
I picked up a Mann fuel filter for my '84 911 today. I currently have a Mahle in the car. Is one better than the other? The Mann is a little bit longer than the Mahle but that's about all the difference I can see by looking at the 2. The store I bought it from also has the Mahle available so if there is an advantage I would rather exchange it.

Isn't a mahle a mann and a mann a mahle anyway?
 sorry........, I would go with the Mahle cause they're a Porsche OEM parts supplier. Never heard of Mann.

Hello Chris,
don't worry about Mahle or Mann - they are both well respected suppliers. If the filter fits it's ok. They have a very good reputation and are used in a lot of garages.
