I do have some more trips via 911 in mind... Baker lake area, Mt Baker, Highway 9 north to the border... and some great local back roads too.

After these trips photos will be posted!

Oh and one correction, the trail down to Ross Lake dam and resort is only about a 700' loss, it feels like more when you are trying to keep up with a 17 year old Cross Country runner named Aaron.
The good news for me as a father is that after years of carrying him and/or gear various places in the mountains, he carries the backpack now with food, water, camera's, extra clothing and anything else I can think of!
I can't wait for him to carry all my backpacking gear up into the high Alpine lakes for a week long trip!!

You called that one just right...I'm still fiddling about....Sent my injector pump down to Mark Jung in Oregon to have it calibrated to factory spec's, refinishing wheels, windows going in....and so on. Getting closer though. Se you guys next time. or after the great monsoons.
