Clutch Cable: Which Brand?
I'm replacing the clutch cable and helper spring on my '86 Carrera.
As always, I'm using our sponsor, but find myself wondering which of two cables to buy. The Genuine Porsche cable is a hefty $164, but I'm willing to spend it if it's clearly superior. The alternative is made by Gemo, which is listed as a best-quality OEM supplier and costs only $71. Which would you recommend? I like saving money, but I don't want to cheap out on something this important. Thanks!

I bought the Gemo. The quality was good and I have had no issues after 40,000+ miles other than the usual adjustment.

I got one from ********** for 33 bucks and I have had no issues with it. I don't remember the brand but it was made it Italy if that makes any difference. Just my 2 cents
