Ball socket shifting bushing

Ball Socket Bushing
Part #: 911-424-139-01-M100
Just bought this black Bushing from our host .
The other one came out in two pieces , no issues .
Now do I press the new one in? Easy Peasy or do I need to be an MIT graduate ?
I read all the treads and just need reassuring on just pressing it over the ball socket

Thanks in advance

Oh by the way I checked out the shifting stuff behind the front seats ( center ) all were tight and looked good

It will just pop on the metal ball at the bottom of the shift rod. Might want to use a little grease and it should push on with the palm of your hand.
