AGLA "959CARA" Shift Boot

Can anyone speak to the quality/fit of AGLA leather boots/knobs? They look pretty good in the pics and they tell me the leather and workmanship is as good or better than the OEM Porsche boot. Supposedly the only real difference is that AGLA's shift boots are missing the retaining ring around the base of the original G50 style boots. Instead these are simply tucked under the opening in the center console.

Pictured above is the one piece boot/knob unit known as the "959CARA."

Are there any alternatives to AGLA for high quality boots/knobs designed for the 911?

Thanks!

I have had one on my sc for about 3 years now and love it. Fit and finish are stunning. Easy install, very nice look and feel. I installed them with a snug fit and electrical tape around the shaft. A bit of epoxy could also work very well. They just tuck in the bottom but look very nice and stay in place. I forget sometimes it was not stock.

I also have had one on my 914 for quite a while. Yes, it's a 914 interior with 911 envy

It looks fantastic! Thanks for the pics and the feedback. I was actually concerned about it staying in place, but I guess there is no problem there.
