Help Please !!

Just finishing the wiring for a 3.2 transplant. My Question is Does the ecu power the fuel pump or is it just taking the signal. ( Do I need a seperate power wire 12v+)

I was going to wire 85 and 86 to ecu and 30 and 87 to pump. Will this do???

Thanks in advance
Alx

The DME relay is also the relay for the fuel pump.

Yep, I have read alot of posts that discuss the wiring and DME but I have two wires labeled fuel pump I am not sure if they are power to fuel pump or signal that pump is running.

Regards
Thanks for the post

One of the small black wires, with the tach wire group, in the front gets 12 volts to the Fuel relay under the seat. The heavywire, forgot the colors feeds the fuse from the top after you disconnect the wire presently there. The DME feeds power to the fuel pump.
