Tired turn signal

Is there a way to repair turn signal switches that do not return to neutral? Is there a cam of some sort or must you replace the entire unit ?

Thanks

Hello,

it's possible that the small plastic nose on the steering wheel that returns the switch broke. You can check by removing the steering wheel. The Part is called "Schleifring" - at least at my steering wheel from 74 and contains also the "contact" for the horn.
